Great buffet breakfast selection

Tourist destinations like national museum krakow were adjacent to the hotel. We were able to park onsite. It took us 15 minutes to walk to the bus stop: )

Nothing, all great.

Really great experience there. Fairly clean venue with particularly good location close to public transport. Excellent view of river, functional & compact room. Feather pillows, spacious bed. Excellent service and absolutely superb and freshly prepared breakfasts. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too😃

Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

We enjoyed our time here with our five kids. The breakfast was a hit, offering tasty Polish dishes that energized us for our daily adventures. The tram stop nearby.

My wife says that the sound insulation could definitely be better.

it was fairly clean, the staff was helpful, plus the service was exceptional. the breakfast was fresh, a lot of food. liked the room with 1 drawer, my bed was great.

The nice furniture and impeccably clean. The breakfast corner offered delicious fresh salmon and coffee at great prices. The noise from the nearby roads was quite noticeable, and the lack of amenities like a bar or a restaurant within the hotel was disappointing. The bathroom was smaller than expected, which detracted from the comfort. Despite easy access to public transport, the overall distance from the city center felt inconvenient.

The hotel was good location for centre of Krackow. We had already paid for hotel at Lodz so were just on quick visit to Krackow. The hotel was cheap but that reflected in its standards . There was no hair dryer or soap in the hotel room. The beds were just comfortable enough to spend one night there ! The breakfast was just adequate but a very small seating area which proved problematic where trying to sit for breakfast.Staff were friendly and helpfull.

It was 20-25 minutes by tram from the center. The breakfast was fine and the parking was free.

There was no hairdryer in the room but I could borrow one from the reception. The room was small.

The staff was friendly, helping with local transport questions. the hallway needs modernization.

Major road works meant it was very difficult to access hotel. As they had our email address it would have been helpful to have a message to show us the way. Although we could see it we had to make an illegal turn to access - which we were told was the only way. This after 50 minutes of trying to find alternatives.

easy access to parks and major attractions for weekend explorers

I loved the cozy atmosphere , especially since it was just a short walk of about 500 meters to the fine Krakus Mound with amazing views of the city, and I appreciated the hotel's close proximity to the Sanctuary of Divine Mercy, only around 400 meters away, where I found peace amidst my weekend adventures.

Distance to the centre of the city is about 3,5 km.

There are workings in the front of the hotel in that period ( July 2011) and the hotel is not easy to reach by car.

the bathroom was super tiny , but the breakfast had great variety with yummy polish food. the staff was friendly and really helpful when I needed info about transport. the clean room had everything nicely organized.
